of BCI Properties, LLC in Tacoma, Washington and my wife Emily is our

PROCESS FOR OWNERS TO SIGN UP -
- STEP 1: Review your
Owners Manual and
FEE AND PRICE CHART.
*You are not required to print out or sign
these.
- STEP 2: Review print, sign, date
and return -
Owners Agency Contract.
- STEP 3: Download, fill out, sign
and return W-9 Form.
- Added requirements: Inspection & photos
of your property, photos of existing condition are needed. We can do
this for free. Owners will need to pay a $75 setup fee up front and a
minimum of $200 into a Emergency Maintenance Trust Fund setup for this
purpose. There may be other requirements such as signing a Lead
Disclosure Form if you have a home older than 1977, plus we will need
keys for your home. Other needs may be discussed depending on your
specific needs or our requirements which may change without notice
herein.
