EZ RENT. You may qualify for rental of one of our homes, apartments or duplexes. If you have reviewed one of our properties
and wish to pre-qualify for rental of it, please fill out this form. As a Real Estate Professional and Property Managers, we have rental homes & apartments to rent ...and, we also sell homes. Emily and I help people to relocate and have information about local schools, jobs etc. - Your application will be reviewed by Landlord Solutions Screening Agency as part of our Pre-approval process. If we do NOT have a rental to offer you at this time, we may refer your application to another company who also has rentals and Rent to Own properties.

  • This is NOT a Full Rental Agreement..., it is an application.
    Agreements are reviewed & signed only after acceptance.
  • We require a $35 Tenant Screening fee, as we must pay that amount to a professional screening agency
  • For Pre-Approval, simply complete the CONFIDENTIAL FULL RENTAL APPLICATION below.
  • Application fee is REQUIRED for this Preliminary Application. There is no charge to review your application, however if you are preliminary approved there may be other rental deposits and fees, which will be discussed later depending on who owns the property and their requirements (example is pet fees).
  • Your application will be responded to only if you have a valid email address, phone etc as seen in red below.

Please note, we do not rent to smokers normally. However, we can make an exception if you wish to tell us why we should rent to a smoker (see comment box at bottom). Replacing burnt and smoke damaged carpet costs $3,000 on average, plus repainting walls etc is required to get the smell out for the next tenant.

Things like doctors bills, child custody disputes or bankruptcy are normally not an issue or considered "bad credit", however slow or NO payment of utilities, auto repossession, house foreclosure or past evictions can be considered bad. - Please use the comments box above if you have anything you would like us to know that may be considered.
