EZ RENT. You may qualify for rental of one of our homes, apartments or duplexes. If you have reviewed one of our properties
and wish to pre-qualify for rental of it, please fill out this form. As a Real Estate Professional and Property Managers, we have rental homes & apartments to rent ...and, we also sell homes. Emily and I help people to relocate and have information about local schools, jobs etc. - Your application will be reviewed by Landlord Solutions Screening Agency as part of our Pre-approval process. If we do NOT have a rental to offer you at this time, we may refer your application to another company who also has rentals and Rent to Own properties.

This is NOT a Full Rental Agreement..., it is an application.
Agreements are reviewed & signed only after acceptance.
We require a $35 Tenant Screening fee, as we must pay that amount to a professional screening agency.

Application fee is REQUIRED for this Preliminary Application. There is no charge to review your application, however if you are preliminary approved there may be other rental deposits and fees, which will be discussed later depending on who owns the property and their requirements (example is pet fees).

Replacing burnt and smoke damaged carpet costs $3,000 on average, plus repainting walls etc is required to get the smell out for the next tenant.
