electric fencing, French drain, new hot water heater, new flood lighting...and more. We had some flooding
problems this past year during a couple of heavy rains, the county came out and dug out our front ditches...

• No excessive watering the pasture.., gardens are A-ok.
• Coral enclosure just behind barn.
• NO ONE is allowed to live in the Barn, sorry. Many have asked.
