Meet our friendly staff who are here to assist you to know the market value of your home or investment property, whether for use as a rental or if you wish to sell. There are NO upfront fees or costs to find a tenant or to sell your home or investment property. Please refer to our online Fee Chart for rentals. Our fee for sales will average 6% normally, but this can change depending on the property. Give me a call so we can talk about your property.

Rentals: We find qualified tenants using a strict screening process, including a check of any criminal background, prior felony record, eviction history plus calls to check with their current landlord and employer.

Sales: We work hard to find a right and good qualified buyer for our sellers with ads in many of the major online sources, MLS Listing to an estimated 4,000+ Broker/Agents, plus *”PermaFlyer” sign posts with a full color flyer that will always be on-site including the Sale Price, details about the property and a scan or QR-code that can access info on a mobile device.
