I'm giving them a 5 because ever since they have switch to this property management they have been able to clean the place up to where my family is feeling safe and all. Parking is never an issue at all and everything else is awesome. I want to give a shout out to my property manager David for being awesome at his job, making sure his residents are being taken care of and being very understanding. Also want to give a shout out to Maria for also being amazing and answering my questions or even being very updated when it comes to things, and also I want to appreciate the owners for doing what they do especially with owning not just apartments but homes to and having people like David and Maria on their team. Also want to give a last shout out to their maintenance supervisor Jermaine as well, since inspections with him are always easy to schedule and not long since I try to make sure that me, my boyfriend, and 1 year old daughter are taking care of the place and that everything looks neat and clean. Rent price is super good and everything else is on point. Definitely would look into their rentals if I were you especially if you want to rent a home or even an apartment for a affordable price!
