My wife and I just wanted to write and say “THANK YOU” for all your tremendous efforts during the past year. I wanted to highlight just some of the many positive experiences that we had with you and your company.

  1. Timely notice. Thank you for always keeping us informed with any issues that might arise with the property. I am glad to say that none have been negative and if anything, you kept us well informed of any issues that might arise with the property.
  2. Maintenance. Your firm is tremendous at handling issues to keep both the renter and property owner at ease. Needless to say, property management can be sensitive for both the renter and property owner and thus far, we feel greatly satisfied in addressing the needs of the property.
  3. Paperwork. We appreciate the timely monthly statements. They are easy to follow and we have never once received a payment late. It seems easy but I know it takes a lot of effort behind the scenes to be this consistent. Your timely statements have made our tax preparations that much more easier.

In all, thank you again for you efforts. Being in the military and separated TWO time zones away from our property, you help us to sleep better at night. We look forward to our continued experiences with you and your company.
