Thank you for finding new tenants so quickly. You have gone above and beyond to help me out….not that the bar was set very high by the last property manager I had! I only wish I had you managing my property starting in June 2010 when I hired the last company.
My stress level has been reduced and I thank you for that. I didn’t know things could go so smoothly with owning property in WA and living over 1,000 miles away. You’ve done an amazing job cleaning up the mess left by the previous property manager. And, with little stress on my part.
