We provide annual inspections and reports for all units, complete with photos, at no charge to owners.
CANCELLATION FEE
NO FEE!
After the first year, with 30 days notice, there is no fee for canceling the Management Agreement with us. Of course, we hope you'll stay!
BILL PAYMENT FEE
NO FEE!
We do not charge extra fees for paying invoices, property tax bills, HOA bills or insurance bills, if you'd like for us to make these payments on your behalf.
