We appreciate your trust and
we're happy to reduce our
management fees for a higher
number of units you allow us to
manage for you.
50% of one month's rent
The fee includes everything needed to market your property, screen tenants, create a new lease and set up utilities, etc.
VACANT UNIT MANAGEMENT FEE
We don't charge a management fee while units are vacant.
$250 per lease renewal
Paid only upon successful lease renewal.
We provide annual inspections and reports for all units, complete with photos, at no charge to owners.
BILL PAYMENT FEE
We do not charge extra fees for paying invoices, property tax bills, HOA bills or insurance bills, if you'd like for us to make these payments on your behalf.
$95 hourly rate, $95 Service call fee (internal maintenance technicians)
Charges for external contractors are job specific.
